Who we are

Pandt Property Management lets and manages homes. We are responsible for the details you give us through this website. We are based in the Netherlands.

What we collect

As a tenant (Send your details): your name, email address, phone number and preferred language, the address of the home you rent, the name and contact details of a co-tenant if you rent together, and any message. This form does not ask for bank details.

We never ask for a PIN, login codes, a copy of an ID or a BSN.

Why we use these details

Tenants’ details are used to administer the tenancy and keep in touch about the home; the legal basis is carrying out the tenancy agreement. Requests that owners sent through this website earlier are used only to contact them; the legal basis is their consent. After you send a form you receive a confirmation by email, and we are notified by email.

How long we keep them

Once we have entered a tenant’s details in our administration, the form is deleted within 30 days, and a form that was not processed after at most 12 months. The details in the tenant file are kept as long as the law requires (7 years for the financial records). An owner’s request received earlier is deleted after at most 12 months, unless it leads to working together.

Who sees your details

Only Pandt Property Management staff who handle the request or the tenancy. We do not sell your details or share them with others, except with service providers who help us (such as our hosting and email providers) and who must follow the same rules.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services.

Security

The forms are sent over a secure connection (https). The details are stored with a hosting provider in the European Union.

Your rights

You may see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email beheer@pandtbeheer.nl. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
